least 17 people were killed and six injured in an accident involving a civilian helicopter was preparing to land in the city Tawang India, officials and the airline. The helicopter, carrying the 18 passengers and five crew members, caught fire shortly before landing at the heliport of Tawang and fell on a hill. l
